HelloAfter last server maintains I constantly lost connection to server . After I log in to any characte ping begun grow and after short time I lost connection to serverpls help

Greetings,The problem you're describing sounds like it could be a router issue. I would advise bypassing your router and plugging your computer directly into the modem as a first step. HelloI made static IP for my comp and forwarded all port as was in walkthrough, but still have exactly same problem : just after log in I begin lost paccages and then lost connection . Also I have this router over year and till yesteday connection was fine .pls help

That will let us know for sure if it's a router issue. Sometime a router will have a built in firewall or something else that may be blocking the game.Beyond that, it's also possible that a firewall on your computer is causing this problem. I would suggest opening the exception list for your firewall. Once there, delete any entries for Everquest 2, EQ2, or launchpad. The next time you start the game it will prompt you to allow or deny again and you'll want to select allow.If the problem persists after trying the above then you'll probably want to post your tracert/pathping results so that we see what happens when you try to connect.

I dont have another modem in home just router.Also I disabled firewall in router , made manipulation on McAfee firewall as you discribed , windows firewall also disable but still get same problem.How I get tracert/pathpig ?

Hi,I have the same problem. The game gets stuck when loading usually at steps: "Loading UI resources", "Adding character to zone" and most of the times at "Waiting for entities". After been stuck for 1-2 minutes it will throw me to Character Selection Screen. Greetings,Are you connecting from a school or military base? The IP address you are being assigned is the same type they use in large institutions and that network setup can cause problems at times. If you're at a school/base, is there a network administator that you can consult about the router?

012 is one of mains internet provider company in Israel , also problems pings and losts begin in hosts past 012.net.ilalso for both us problem with connection begin after update 27/04/09I contacted today with internet provider technical support and they claimed that problem not from thier side.For more info : I also can't stay connected to other SOE games : FreeRealms and LON TCG , other internet aplication that I use are stablePlease fix this problem asap .
