Bought the boxed set yesterday. Couldn't access key activation until this morning. However, after entering the key, I'm getting the following error:

We have encountered a system error while processing your request.

Please try again later.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at http://support.station.sony.com

Actually, now, I cannot even access anything in account management. Same error as above. What gives?

Update...

Was able to get back into the acct mgmt screens. Navigated to the Key activation screen and tried my key again, only to get the same error as above. Apparently some error condition is taking the back end systems offline, because now I'm back to not being able to get at any Acct Mgmt screen. It's also past 10am PST... where is the Live Chat option??

Choosing Chat Support gives:

Secure Connection Failed help.station.sony.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for *.custhelp.com(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain) * This could be a problem with the server's configuration, or it could be someone trying to impersonate the server. * If you have connected to this server successfully in the past, the error may be temporary, and you can try again later.

Greetings,

Our account management tools are currently down which is probably why you are getting an error on the web page. I'll be posting some additional information about that when I have it. Regarding the certificate error, though, there should be an option to continue anyway on that page. The certificate redirects to our support ticket system which is why it gives that error.

Chat support is open now as well and is available through the following link: http://www.station.com/kb

(select 'chat support' and log in)

Do you have an update yet about your (our) account mgmt tools? I'd like to get this key activated ASAP. Can Live Chat do this for me?

They could enter it for you through live chat as well if you prefer that option. Sorry that I didn't update this thread the moment it came back up. I updated several other threads but missed this one somehow.

I did not see updates to other threads in this forum. Would they have shown up in the dev tracker?

Anyway, I was able to register the key. Thanks.

I am not a Developer(maybe someday ). I'm glad to hear you got it working, though!
