Character Transfer Maintenance?!

<p>Ok, I know that maintenance can be time consuming sometimes, but this site has been down for over 6 months now.  Are we ever going to be able to access it again?  Calling tech support for this every time is getting to be ridiculous.  I have friends that can get a toon transferred in 3 hours this way, but mine have always taken about 7 days.  Why the difference?  With the automated site the transfer was immediate. </p><p>I'm tired of waiting and I want a response....or rather a fix to this ridiculous situation.</p>
