<p>Greetings,</p><p>What type of internet connection do you have?  20 hours might be normal for your connection, but any sort of broadband should be downloading faster than that.  You can put the download on hold if you need to turn your computer off but it will need to finish before you'll be able to play.</p><p>If you're still having trouble, can you provide some more information about the problem?  Is the estimated download time progressing normally or is it moving in the wrong direction?  Are you using a router with your connection?</p>
