Log In Issues

<p>Kithicor is having some Log-in issues right now.  Username and Passwords are no good.</p>

<p>Attempting to log onto Unrest atm, getting invalid login/password.  It looks like the same issue which happened a couple of weeks ago...on a Friday as well.</p>

<p>I was kicked out of game while zoning and now i cannot log back in.  I am getting "The Operation Timed Out" after submitting my login details on launchpad. </p>

<p>Was zoning into maj'Dul, got kicked from one of my two accounts, and now while one account is alright, the other one I cannot log into, not into game, not even into account management. (Error Code: error.authentication.retrieval.fail ). Befallen Server.</p>

<p>My friend has 2 accounts both of which are getting the same error...however she can't log into eq2players website either...tells her something about unable to log in, try again later.</p>

<p>Can't log in to Antonia Bayle.  How is this only affecting some people and not others?</p><p>Need immediate assistance with this as I'm already late for a guild event.  And of course this happens on a Friday night.</p>

<p>Ditto for Nektulos.. I had to log into a family members account because mine can't even log into the forums.</p><p>Can we get someone from SOE to at least ACKNOWLEDGE the problem and possibly give us some insight toward a speedy resolution?</p>

<p>Error Operation timed out loging in mistmoore. Looks like login servers are down or comming down.</p>

<p>Same on Guk, we were Lan partying.</p><p>Husband and one other got booted to desktop with error, now they cannot log into EQ2, Station, Forums, or Station support.</p><p>Station Support (When logged in under my account name) Told him the servers were down.....while he watched me and 2 others run around and log in and out, lol.</p>

<p>I had a system crash when playing. I did a fresh reinstallation of EQ2, now I cannot log even to Character Select screen.</p><p>This is the 2nd time I have reinstalled the game and ran all the updates. I have a wierd "Character Select Unavailable" in</p><p>the drop down menu. When I hit the play button on Launchpad, it closes the launchpad, but doesn't bring up the Actual</p><p>EQ2 Client application. (Note this is not an issue with drivers or Firewall/AVP I have been through those solution already,</p><p>so please direct your responses accordingly).</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I know you said that you have already tried the anti-virus steps, but what anti-virus are you using on that computer?  The error you're experiencing usually only happens when an anti-virus is quarantining the program, or if your computer is below the minimum requirements for the game.  Since you have played the game on that computer before, I assume that this is not a minimum requirements issue.</p>
