A blue screen is indicative of a fairly serious hardware conflict or failure, but let's have a look at your dxdiag first. I just need the beginning through the Sound section.

For Windows 95/98/2000/XP:

1. Run DXDIAG.EXE from your Start menu (click Start, Run..., then type "dxdiag" and hit Enter)

2. Click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window

3. Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"

For Windows Vista:

1. Run DXDIAG.EXE from your Start menu (the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu)

2. Click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window

3. Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"

Greetings,

Is that all of the information it gave you when running DXdiag? At the moment it only includes your sound chip information and we'd like to get graphics card and processor specs as well.

Just in the section you posted, though, it seems like your sound chip drivers are almost 5 years out of date. You'll probably want to do a search for drivers provided by your motherboard manufacturer to get an update. Please respond with some additional information if that does not correct the issue.
