<p>When you access in-game support, you are taken to a window. On this window, you select the categories, game, character name, server, etc. Problem is, when you try to select a category under the game, and then a more specific category, they are all blank, so when you go to submit it, it won't accept it, saying you have to pick a category. So, I have several broken quests that I now can't petition or get any help on at all, because in-game support is broke.</p>
