Can't Interact with Merchant

<p>Hi, all:</p><p>I've been playing for a few hours and love the world. I playeed WoW, WAR, DAoC, etc., and am blown away by how much more immersive and deep the game is so far.</p><p>One small problem: I'm level nine Guardian in Timorous Deep and suddenly can't buy from merchants or use the bank. (am in starting village of the Sarnaks (sp?). The tooltip says I'm "too busy" to buy or sell. I tried logging, to no avail. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?</p><p>Oh, the quest givers and other npcs are still talking to me as normal. Thanks in advance for any advice.</p>

<p>Have you been to the broker lately?  I used to get this when I would leave a merchant using the escape key rather then the X for closeout button.  In this case, I would go back to the merchant and try him...</p>

<p>I don't know what I did, but they are talking to me again. Thank you.</p><p>Another problem I'm having is surely my own newbishness: my chat windows are wracked up beyond repair. I've lost all my headers for chats (guild, say, tell, etc). I see chatter in the window, and I can move it around, set the opacity, etc., but cannot figure out how to restore default. I have hit the default setting, yet it remains inaccessible. I can't even type in the window now. Pulling out hair....</p>
