Update Cancelling

<p>On the station launcer, for EQ2, it goes to do a scanning thing and gets to 70 percent, then stops and says there is an error.  This happens continuously.  How can I fix this?</p>

<p>Hmmm...   We would need more info from you to be honest.  Are you running on Vista?  Have any firewall/av programs on that might interfere with the update?  Is this new or the first time that you have installed the game?</p><p>A Dxdiag, tracert and a pathping might be more helpful...  In the <a href="list.m?topic_id=353617">*** Read before posting ***</a>thread, there should be directions on how to gather this info if you are not quite sure how to gather it.</p><p>Good luck!</p>
