Someone is telling me that in the cleric tree I need to go down the Int. line and get Divine Recovery for the expansion to be able to continure raiding the high end content?

I prefer keeping the Str. line for Steadfasts, which I am being told is useless, is this accurate? I also feel like I am wasting alot of AAs since they are more offensive casting oriented and I primarily use CAs.

Thank you in advance for all replies.

I keep two different specs one that has stead fast and the other that doesn't. But I always keep divine recovery just a great tool for anytime you may get behind or just to use for dps. Some fights require steadfast so it's not "useless".

No, you do not need to go down the INT line, but it's not a bad option. STR, AGI, STA (only crits, not the endline), and INT are all totally viable options for a raiding Inquisitor this expansion.

It wouldn't surprise me if the person telling you to spec for INT is a Templar (or has experience with that class), as they get quite a bit more from that line than we do.

I personally am usually spec'd for Steadfast, Holy Shield, and melee crits (with some remaining points in heal crits).
