Can't find "MSVCP71.dll"?

<p>Few minutes ago, I needed to petition something, and after typing "/petition", the entire game froze and gave me the following error:</p><p><img src="http://www.eq2vision.eu/_junk/error.jpg" width="542" height="206" /></p><p>This is something I've never seen before. It's clearly a part of the in-game browser functions, but why does it suddenly give this message?</p>

<p>You're using a 64-bit OS right?  If so its because you need to move that DLL file to a different folder.</p>
