Moving ui.log?

<p style="text-align: justify;">I sometimes log on my account and my hubby's account on the same PC when I need/want to get some quests done for the both of us.  I did this on my work computer and my home computer, and it worked fine before the update yesterday.  Now, I can log in one account, and then I try to log onto my husband's, and it gets to "LOADING: Scanning Local Files" and then I get this error message:</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>There was a problem moving C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest IIlp_tempui.log.  Please try again.  If the problem persists use the help menu above for more info and help.</strong></p><p>Just happened after the launch of the "Welcome window."</p>

<p>Why not simply try and move that file manually? You might try to store that file, if it already existed on the destination, to some other place (or even rename it) just to have a backup of it.</p>
