Can I run the game maxed with this setup?

<p>Going to be building a new rig here shortly and I wanted to make sure it will be able to run on game on very high or max settings, Ive seen it on high and it looked way sweet.</p><p>Phenom II 940 (quad core) @3.0ghz, 4Gb DDR2 Ram, Radeon 4870 or 4890, Windows Vista</p><p>It would be run at 1680x1050.</p><p>Have most of the issues between Vista and EQ2 been sorted out? Will I be able to run both accounts at the same time?</p>

<p>I just upgraded from XP 32 to Vista 64 on a new, clean HDD and crash with EQ2 every 5-10 minutes.</p><p>No matter what anyone says, I refuse to believe the Vista issues are fixed.</p>
