tranquil vision hate transfer question

<p>I noticed that the tranquil vision aa for hate transfer is now 1% siphen/transfer per rank.  It used to say at rank 1 it was 9% siphen/1% transfer and +1 transfer per rank after that.  I asked in testing feedback about this seeming nerf and Gungo said it never gave that 9% transfer and it was just a display bug.  Is this true and they only fixed a display bug or did it get nerfed?</p>

<p>He said it was a "Display bug"...   Wow, now I'm not much for conspiracy theory's usually, but that seems pretty convenient, especially after saying nothing about it for so long.  I mean, darn, we have had that AA for a very long time now and nothing has ever been said (that I can remember) about it being a display bug until now.  So either they nerfed it and are using the display bug thing as a smoke screen.  Or, it really was a display bug all this time (which they had to have known about) and they just didnt say anything about it because they didnt want to hear us get all up in arms about it (which in my opinion would have been, and is, justified).</p><p>Just my 2 cents.</p>

<p>this display bug is new to me too. I must have missed where the dev confirmed it was a bug, was that before the fighter revamp was scratched? people were saying the monk was lucky to retain their 10% siphon, as they were reffering to the 9% from a non-fighter. i dont remember anyone correcting that false assumption during the fighter testing. oh well guess i missed it</p>

<p>It's before fighter revamp was scratched. He made that reply in a thread that pallies were mad on the change of amend. He was questioned why monk still has 9% hate siphon and he said it's only 5% rather than 9%; it's just a display bug!</p>
