Never allocated the seed cash?

<p>When Station Cash was introduced I though the idea that everyone was allocated something like 250 $C as an introductory thing? Well my accounts never had this. Is this because mine is an EU account? Pretty sure I'm not the only one either.</p>

<p>I wasn't allocated the cash on 2 of my 3 accounts. I petitioned it and got that my account was inactive at the time therefore didn't receive it but strange thing is neither of my accounts were inactive but had failed the billing on the day they released and suceeded the following day with no inability to log in. 2 accounts still were not given the introductory station cash and 1 account has missed 2 times the LoN boosters given each month. I gave up fighting with SoE about this and in fact am waiting for a decent MMO to come out so I can say goodbye to soe and the bs they give as reasons behind why 1 account did and the other 2 didn't things.</p>

<p>I didn't get it either untill I petitioned it. Got the cash no problem after my petition.</p>
