Does anyone ever use Slothiness?

<p>I don't use it, unless I'm (for some reason) casting spells against a target I can't melee.  And I'm real bored.</p>

I've noticed most mobs still cast spells even when they are out of power? And have you noticed just how much power it actually takes to cast? Sheesh.</p>
