A friend of mine had played Everquest 2 in the past, and she wanted to start again. She attempted to redownload EQ2 and so far everything was going great. Now it was time to patch, and its going to take...An estimated 45 hours?! This cant be right. We weren't sure what to do, so we tried leaving the computer on to patch. For about 3 days the computer was on, trying to patch but it never got us anywhere. The estimated 45 hours kept changing, increasing and decreasing the time limit, but overall nothing happened. Because of this problem, she canceled her subscription and wont reactivate it until she is sure everything is working fine.

Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong? Please try and help us out! Anything at all would be greatly appreciated!
