Bandolier of Sacred Blood - Broken

<p>The Bandolier of Sacred Blood, from Zarakon is broken.   Does not Proc at all.   Please take a look at this. </p>

<p>same with the bow. only procs on ranged attacks and not on melee altho the discription says "on any successful melee or spell attack".</p><p>FIX IT!</p>

<p>This was actually confirmed by a dev that they are not supposed to proc off melee attacks, just ranged. Description is broken.</p>

<p>Neither Zarrakon weapon was intended to proc off anything other then ranged attacks.</p><p>I'll test the bandolier to make sure its procing off of <em>ranged</em> attacks today.</p><p>I will also change the descriptions so there are no misconceptions.</p>
