Scheduling on on the panels last year was much better in 2007. None of the EQII panels overlapped!

However, things are SO packed... Can we schedule a short break - call it snack time, in the mid-afternoon? You run panel to panel to panel, the on to the evening presentation, I find my self getting wore out quick! Event he two water bottles I carried everywhere didn't help.

A half an hour? "Calthine's Mandated Potty Break".

This is the only vacation I get and would like to play golf in the morning, goto panels in the afternoon, and then catch a show or party with guildies in the evening!

As long as we get at least 18 holes in then its all good.

As for panels.. I'd like to see a PvP panel this year since just about all the games have PvP servers on them.

Assuming FreeRelms has launched that would be 6 total panels over the two days split between the two current In-Development games. That way people can accually get a chance to see these games... If I remember right last year they where accually opposite importaint panels for EQ and SWG as well.

So like:

Day 1

11am - Agency Preview

2pm - DCUO Preview

5pm - Agency Preview

Day 2

11am - DCUO Preview

2pm - Agency Preview

5pm - DCUO Preview

Also Kaisha I think the one of the FreeRelms "Panels" was one person too. Though that was an Animation Demo so it is kinda differant.

A food cart with water (and other cold beverages), sandwiches (some with no tomato and no mayo would be loverly), fruit cups, salads, crunchy munchies, and candies would be ideal. If everything is cold and the stand takes only cash, it can even be done sans electricity.

I used to be active in the local sci-fi/fantasy/anime convention scene in this area. The first year one of the big conventions required, of the hotel, extra snack stands with inexpensive goodies was one of the best for the participants (more of them actually ate semi-regularly) -and- heaps more profitable for the hotel (enough so they did the same thing for the other fandom conventions after that, without them getting it in the contract, and even for some of their 'regular' convention/gatherings).

Heck, even a food/drink selling place in the merchant area for Fan Faire would work a treat.

When we went in 2007 it was a lot different than I pictured it would be. I thought we would be playing the game a lot more and doing more in-game competition type stuff. I didn't log in once while we were there...and we're addicts, we need our EQ2 fix!

::runs and checks broker::

I would also agree with starting stuff later, it was all too early for us and we were dragging the whole time. Vegas is a late night party town!

Earlier or later in the season would be better for ourdoor stuff as the heat in Vegas was kinda brutal that time of the year but I could see how middle of the summer would be prime vacation time for most.

Having regular break times would be good as well.

They also didn't have 2 panels for the same game at the same time, like they did with '07.

Infact, like I said befor the only issue I had with the schedule was that they held the all the Pre-view Panels for upcomming titles(FR/Agency/DCUO) opposite Live game panels... many of them can't miss panels, like Expainsion Preview or Anything goes.

So my recomendation is do the current game panels exsactly like they did last year, as far as the schedule goes, and run multiple Pre-view panels thoughout the day, for each in-development title... I would think FreeRelms would not be in this catigory by FF.
