Bruiser Mythical Broken

<p>The "Strike of Anger" proc from the bruiser mythical is broken, not proccing at all since LU51.  Add to the fact that our Ignore Agnoy AA from the Bruiser tree is also broken and not applying the bonus to our heal and you have some fixxing that we need! </p><p>  Please fix!   thanks!</p>
