Error updating through Station Launcher.

<p>I keep trying to download the trial, but now that I only have around an hour and 45 minutes left of download time, this error keeps popping up.</p><p>There was a problem confirming the checksum for the file C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest IIlp_temppakspermafrost.vpk. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.</p><p>Can anyone help?</p>

<p>Hello,</p><p> It is good that you have that file and path written down. Go open the eq2 folder in Sony on Program Files and delete the <span >permafrost.vpk</span>  file. It is corrupt and the wrong size. Delete that one file and the download ought to go straight through.</p>

<p>After deleting that file, I re opened the updater, and it stopped again with the same error. When I checked the folder, the file was back.  =[</p>

<p>Did it give you the Station Launcher (has buttons for all our games) or the LaunchPad?</p>
