I was wondering about my AAs, and since my main is a mage, I'm not used to all melee skills.

I have a bruiser with 129 AA and on the KoS tree I put :

STR : 4 - 5 - 8 - 6 - 2

AGI : 4 - 5 - 8

INT : 4 - 5 - 8

now I have 10 points left for that tree. I was thinking of increasing the deflect of the STR line to have 4 5 8 8 2 and maybe increase agi defense or int parry.

which one is the most usefull to increase? defense or parry? maybe 4 points in both ?

and I just solo most of the time, sometimes I group and tank, but it's rare, so is it, overall a nice AA setup? I tried to increase a bit offense and now maybe defense. Since I solo, i want to have some defense even in off mode.

thanks

Since TSO, I have seen numerous comments from high level Bruisers that mentioned needing the AE auto attack from the Wisdom tree. I'd consider getting that to be a real priority.

I don't know if it's usefull when you just solo.

on group settings, and especially if you tank, i understand the importance of AE auto attack ... but i never needed it while soloing ... at least up to lvl 75.

I would do STR: 4, 4, 8, 8, 2 :: AGI: 4, 5, 8, 8 :: INT: 4, 4, 8, 8

And why solo in offensive? I don't use offensive for anything.

I did the wis line for the AE auto atk for a while, but it got me into a bit of trouble a couple of times, so I specced back out of it. Currently I'm at 162 AAs with the KoS tree lookin like this...

Str 4-4-8-6-2 (dbl atk)

Agi 4-4-8-6-2 (reuse speed)

Wis 4-1 (AE knockback)

Int 4-4-8 (melee crit)

And dps stance ftw! I dont use any other stance, even tanking.

Try it for a week and tell me your game doesn’t change. The ONLY reason u should use defensive is if your fighting ^^^ orange mobs and even then only when u have a group that has a healer and hard vore dps. Your dps sux in defense and you need to stun and kill fast to beat anything tough. I solo ^^^ yellow named every day in offensive. No way could I do that in D.

What yellow nameds are you talking about? I don't solo in defensive either, I only tank in defensive in moderate-hard zones. I solo in mid stance and tank easy zones in mid stance.
