TSO Instance Zones Error - "That zone is currently unavailable."

<p>Aren't the TSO instance zones designed to scale for Lvl 50+ characters?   I tried to zone in on my 52 Templar to 3 different zones and all gave a message -  "That zone is currently unavailable."</p><p>Apparently T8 versions of the instance are functioning.  Is this expected after yesterday's patch?</p>

<p>T8 versions are not functioning.  They give the same "That zone is currently unavailable."  Guildhalls are doing the same as well.</p>

<p>Tier 3 evil guild hall is working on blackburrow.</p><p>Plenty of the other instance zones are broken, though.</p>

<p>It seems most of the instances are bugged on venekor.  Some of the GHs are up and some aren't dosen't matter which tier.  My T2 is up, but other T2 aren't...</p>
