"The Wantia Artisan's Satchel and Meager Harvesting Bag no longer hold non-harvested raw items such as wolf fangs. Only items that are actually harvested can be placed in them."

When I logged in my char had 2 rares in inventory overflow.

These are the "old world" rares that don't stack with the current "sparkling" rares.

Was this intended? They are still a harvested raw.

-Smog

Actually, it is entirely possible they are not harvested.

However, don't expect the game to continue to support items like these that have been removed for 18 months+. Just use them.

Let's not be rude, please.

Chances are that it is due to the change in code when the rares were altered to make them stand out more. I'll make sure to bring it to the attention of the team.

Thanks!

Thanx Kiara, I will send a bug report when I login tonight.

Funny, but that was why I carried them in the bag, so I would use them sooner.

Good thing I didn't mention the suzuri ink I had.

-Smog

I went on a cleaning spree a while back and got rid of it all. For some reason all of my bank boxes and bags were over-full * blush *

Another thing is that the Deep forge raws, both the harvested crystal and the dropped ingots, were kicked out of my wanita bag.

Being actually used for tradeskilling, I think they should be allowed to be stored in the wanita bag.

Hiya folks!

This is due to the changes I made to the harvesting bags for this update, which now only take items currently classified as harvested. The old items don't have that classification, so I guess the bags are spitting them out.

If time permits I can try and track down all the old versions of the rares and update their classifications, but some of them may be hiding in odd places, and Noaani's first suggestion is a good one too - you could also consider this a gentle reminder to use them up!

I held on to them in hopes of one day fabled crafting were introduced for those tiers like it was promised... Only T5 stuff got to craft items, and then it was removed. So I am left holding Obsidian Stones, Silvafyr Priming and alot of other items from Anguis, Ladon, Coldtooth, and that spider in Nec.

Could we do something with those items please? They were the "fabled drop" from the named, and do deserve to be either turned into an actual fabled or... meh, don't know.

I'd hoped that more items could go in the artisan bag, like harvesting tools. Now that it can hold so little, there's not much purpose in using it. A 36slot box or even a 20slot bag is more useful.

Well, it IS a harvesting bag, not an everything-needed-for-tradeskills bag.

It's possible that in the future we might be able to introduce other types of bag that would hold different assortments of things. We'll see!

As for the old old ultra-rares mentioned by Freliant, there are no current plans for any future recipes that use them, but we can discuss the possibility of allowing them to be used as something else (maybe transmuted, for example). If there are any changes there I'm sure you'll hear about it when the time comes!

Since I just thought of it, I thought I'd post here and see people thought.

How about changing the Wantia bag to be held in the quiver slot instead of a normal bag slot? Or both slots?

With it just holding pure harvestables I would think that way it would have less impact on the normal bags you're holding.

Question: The Magmatic Crystals harvested in DF are technically a harvested item (and current no less ) and they no longer "fit" into the harvesting bag. Was that intended? or are they some other type of harvestable that doesn't count? such as those from the frostfell events.

Ok, ok. I know. I can sell that back to the merchant. Just didn't think of that before.

However, I have another problem with them. One frostfell bag is not enough and two are too many. Still not complaining. I'm happy with them. I'd like a Erolisi bag and another for ah, umm, what is that day in late October?
