Hello All,

I could just be my delusion, but has anyone noticed since GU51 that Dogma fails to trigger on cures and occationally heals?

**edit** I just noticed is is triggering in combat, but not out of combat like it used to on cures, heals or other beneficial spells.

My apologies if this has already come up and posted elsewere.

Thank you

Probably SoEs fix to items proccing on benefitial spells, as when summoning a mount, calling and procing 20-25% increase to next benefitial spell before pull to max wards.

More then what? Sorry my Mindreading is 2/450 still. You cannot proc items/buffs/whatever on beneficial spells out of combat but you can in combat. There is more then that? What are you thinking? If you don't understand why this happened, here is a possible reason. Before each pull a healer with the right kind of gear and buffs could proc all items and have the buffs going when the pull occured. This is not possible now, since there will be no proccing out of combat. As a Inquisitor with the helm from SoH and a few +20-25% increased effect on the next beneficial spell, I could spam a couple of group heals before pull and have my whole group warded with a personal ward for 2.5-3k.Exploit or intented, you tell me. It's been like that since the dawn on EQ2 so I always assumed it was intended, but I guess it wasn't, just took them 4-5 years to fix it.

Dogma has always procced both out of combat and in combat.

Even throwing a snowball procs dogma! (despite snowballs isnt a beneficial spell). Buffing has always procced dogma, summing the rez items has always procced dogma!

Look at the description of the spell again."Whenever the inquisitor casts a beneficial spell on an ally, that ally receives additional health replenishment. ..."

There is nothing there that states it can only proc in combat and never has.I noticed last night that dogma isnt proccing out of combat sometimes, but it should as per spell description. So, if it is not proccing anymore out of combat, then it is bugged.

And Kleitos, what the hell are you talking about? We are talking about DOGMA a inquisitor only spell! It has never ever made other things proc (afaik) the only thing it does is leach more power from us when we cast beneficial spells and gives a heal when doing so!

I was talking about beneficial spells in general, but after some testing last night I got Hateshield to proc out of combat atleast so it doesn't seem to be a blanket fix of beneficial spell proccing. Dogma on the other hand, as you have pointed out, doesn't proc out of combat any longer at all.
