launchpad/patcher broked on runnyeye, storm, and valor (prolly on splitpaw thoo)

<p>ye. server are down/locked since 5.00 am. there is almost 2 pm there....</p><p>gigantic, 9 hours downtime. server should be up since 7.00 am, but there isn't any fookin explanation/notice yet. how to ignore customers, lesson #1.</p>
