I love new pvpers : )

1) To max AA's you can do a few things. You can now lock combat and quest xp. If you do both and work on a bunch of quests you will only be getting AA xp without leveling. You can only use 1.5x your level in AA's so if you are level 10, and you had 15 AA's you would be at max AA. It's a good idea to try and stay as close to your max AA as possible as they can make a big difference in pvp. If your lazier and have the plat you can sign up for AA runs. Higher level players run you through zones like POF, Ant, Dmorte and such and kill named for you so you get the AA exp for them.

2) Furys are beastly in pvp. Especially once you hit 23 and get your big nuke (which you can M2 at 24). Furies are great healers too...despite what some people might say. Just remember, if you ever group up, your primary role is to heal!!! Let the other classes worry about dps, just make sure everyone else stays alive : )

As far as tradeskills, usually one that fits your class works well. You could make a sage so you could make your own spells, tailor to make leather armor, or jeweler to make jewerly...whatever floats your boat...

Pvp is brutal. If you wanto survive you should always have at least all MC gear and all your most important spells at Adept III.

Also, until you get experience, prepare to die a lot. Just hang in there, it gets fun! : )

You can read more here: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=432974

or check out all of the guides here: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=437736

1. People lock their xp (right click the xp bar and disable combat/quest xp) and get as many AAs as they can. The popular thing is to go on AA runs which can get you 20+ AAs. The max AAs you can spend per level are 1.5 x your level. The cap is lifted once you hit 70 though.

2. Furys are a good class since they have heals and decent nukes along with see-stealth but I hear in the higher levels their heals don't scale too well.

3. I'm not big into tradeskills but I'd imagine anything with consumables does pretty well (woodworker/alchemists/provisioner/etc).
