Mythical Updates

<p>Is there a reason why some class mythical updates can be done in any order, while others have to be done in a certain order? I've missed a chance at 3 vp raids and 2 mmis raids because I didnt yet have Pawbuster killed on my dirge. I don't find it very fair that half of the classes can do their mythical updates in any order, while others are forced to go in order. Can this be changed to make it fair for everyone?</p>

<p>Yeah that is kind of annoying, on Aldia I had to do my mythical in order so it took me an extra 3 weeks after killing phara dar for the first to get back in and kill him again after doing VS. But on my coercer I just need to go back and kill VS to get his myth ><</p><p>It makes sense if you take another look tho. if you're doing it from a proggression point of a view you should have had to already have killed those mobs to progress to the next set. Not a good excuse but I usually try to look at both sides.</p>

<p>Yeah I understand what you're saying. If you're going to be killing a vp mob, you already should have killed pawbuster, etc. And I'd be ok with having to do them in order if every other class had to as well, just kind of looks like favoritsm.</p>

The fact that some can be done in any order and others can't is a testament to the fact that the epic quests were written by different people simultaneously. I don't think it was a feeling that some quests should be harder than others or any kind of balance issue. I mean come on, SK's have one T7 update in MMIS and a couple classes get their first mythical update off a T8 group dungeon boss.
