Character Transfer Service - Always Down?

<p>Recently came back to game and all my friends moved servers.  I go under the link for character services and the transfer service has been down for at least 3 weeks now.  The site keeps re-directing me to a "maintenance" site.  Is this feature going to be re-enabled, or should I just quit and save my monthly fee?  I know i have to pay for it (and my 3 separate toons), but I'm just wondering if I will be able to use it in the next couple of weeks.....</p><p>Thanks!</p><p>-The Rays.</p>

<p>3 weeks? Try 7 months now.  You have to go into a long drawn manual process now, because the automated service is supposed to be broken.  (IMO they just got rid of it, what takes 7 months to fix? they could have rebuilt a new one by now) PM DanielH about getting the form you have to fill out.</p>

<p>I know this is a day late but You can just call them up and have them take the info over the phone.</p><p>I did that and it was completed within 8hours of my phone call in the morning.</p>
