Just about to finish the STR line and get the title. Which other lines to work on? And which 2nd end ability is best?

Oo, A tricky one, as i don't normally play for PvE, so i do the speccing for PvP, but i'll see what i can dig up for PVE Speccing!Okay, Well PvE wise..

I Would say, do this..

Str - 4 4 8 6 1, Max double attack & Grab chi.

THIS IS WHERE YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU'D PREFER.

Int - 4 4 8 6 1 for Eagle Shriek (75% melee crit and #Scaled# mitigation when below 30% hp) & Melee crit

OR

Wis - 4 4 8 6 1 for Crane Flock (100% double attack and chance of auto attack effecting multiple targets for 16 seconds) Alongside 16% chance for an auto attack on melee hit.

I personally would go with the int, for eagle shriek and the melee crit, you can sit at around 90% melee crit in the lower levels while under 30% hp, in the higher levels, with more melee crit on gear, you may want to respec out of the line, but that's my opinion.

Not to mention eagle shriek is a persistant buff, so you don't have to toggle it on or off =D

Crane flock is on a 16 sec duration, instant casting, instant recovery, 3 second recast.

So take your pick i gave my opinion!

Edit: try and stay away from the Agi and Stamina lines, although mantis bolt in the stamina line is pretty nice, everything else is literally or near useless for PvE

To add my 2cp to the question, is there a recommended solo build in the Brawler tab for pre-70 toons who are limited to the 50 AA point cap in the tab?

Go STR/INT and part of AGI. On the bruiser tab max out FD and all damage combat arts and the heal.

Unfortunately with the 50 cap you'll only be able to put 1 point int the AGI line if you do 44861 in both STR and INT. I looked at doing both lines half way and decided I'd rather have the INT endline for soloing. Critting all the time is awesome, but I'm looking forward to parry now as well. That's the only problem - when I'm swarmed with mobs, I can go down in health pretty fast. But, with all this DPS focus, I can rip through the crowd pretty decently.

The biggest issue is standing there waiting for CAs to refresh. Of course, that's where the AGI line will come in handy hehe.
