Quick Assassin question

<p>I've decided to start up a Dark Elf Assassin but I can't decided which city to start in. My other character started in Timorous Deep and I got a lot of great stuff from that place. Now with the dark elf, it won't allow me to start there so wheres the next best place, and will I still aquire similar items?</p>

<p>Start in Neriak and do a mix of Darklight Wood & Timorous Deep.  Hopping back and forth every couple levels and switching off combat xp will net you a nice amount of aa in the early levels.</p>
