best t8 shoulders for bruiser what ya think

<p>ok ive seen many ideas on the best t8 shoulders for us   and ive her many say the t2 shard arms  are the best do you guys think so  and if they are are they much better  then the captains cursed spaulders?    and are they better then the void ripper shoulderas?</p><p> and if every one agrees t2 shard are the best for dps arms  are they a lot better then these others  and by all means   if im missing any other  good shoulders let me kwow.  thanks</p>

<p>The T2 "Wilderness" Shoulders are the best dps shoulders, as the added base spell damage affects procs. </p>
