Invalid username or password

<p>Last night the message was operation timed out. Today it is invalid username or password.</p><p>Tried to reset my password, received e-mail with link...got message password reset failed.</p><p>Still can't get into the game and can't log onto station players with my regular old logon.</p>

Tried to reset password for 2nd time. Clicked on link in e-mail to generate a new temporary password, and have it e-mailed to me. Never received e-mail with the new temp. password. Is there anyone monitoring these boards? I've had to setup a new username & password just so I could try and find a answer since I can't log in with my old ones.
