Hello im returning after a long absence. looks like last time i played was sept10 2008. I have a 70 templar on unrest and was wondering a few things. Should i play my templar, or should i reroll all over. I dont really remeber much i just remeber the basics which was reactive heals and well...i dont really remember much. So what do you think? start over or pick up on my templar?

Also i downloaded the new expansion, anything major i should know about it? whats the level cap now? Anything else you all think i should know? anyways i have so far an hour to download so im going to cruise the forums and see what i can learn.

My advice would be to continue with your Templar, maybe create a new character to get the basic mechanics down again. There have been changes since Sept, but in reality that really isn't all that long ago.

The latest expansion brought a bunch of group instances, 1 outdoor zone for soloing, tradeskilling instances(new recipes) & some raid instances. The level cap is still lvl 80/80. Guildhalls have been added pretty nifty & convenient if you belong to a guild. The biggest thing with TSO is the armor you can get from running the instances & collecting the shards you get from completing the group instances. The tradeskill instances give you the recipe books to create the shard armor sets & some other stuff like jewelry & miscellanious items.

Achievement Points cap has been raised with TSO & a whole nother tree was introduced. You can now get 200 ap, 70 for archtype tree, 70 for class tree & 60 for Shadows tree.

I don't think it would take to terribly long for you to get right back into the swing of things.

Welcome Back, hope you enjoy your stay!!
