Incarcerate (root/stifle) suggestion.

<p>Hello all,</p><p>Just an idea, the Incarcerate spell should still root and stifle, the root should still have the same chance to break, however the Stifle should not break. As for PVP, half duration on the Stifle.</p>

If you have ever looked at the Templar they get 2 of them. Yet we are stuck with the inferior version (like most of our spells).</p><p>Also, why would you NOT want the stifle portion to not break is my question? Out of curiosity what is your toons name and server?</p>
