The FREE TRIAL lasts 14 days, after the recrutied player converts to a PAID subscription the expierence bonus continues on for 90 days, but then again everything in the programs is dependant on the recruited person converting to a paid subscription - the player doing the recruiting gets nothing until that happens, other then 14 days of boosted expierence.

As far as the mount goes - all mounts are 24 hours, just reclick. If you read something different would love to see your link to it proving it.

how doe this relate to veteran customers? Other then the obvious fact of they will recruit someone or recruit a second account, do understand why you are saying this

I did the refer a friend program and after 14 days its has stopped. Even after I paid for a subscription.

as for the mount, I didnt know you could reclick. I read 90 days as well which is why I signed up. I am level 28 being sponsored by a level 26 but we dont get any more double exp. please tell me there is another answer to this.

As far as Veterans, i have been playing Sony games since 1999 and so has my husband. The frustration we felt over feeling lied to has made us change our minds about playing Sony games.

There is a way to fix it, but I believe you need to contact customer support via live chat or the phone during their normal hours.

I knows it works because I started an account for my daughter using it and we both got the items that where advertised for us.

found it...

read this link and see if the steps where followed, if not I am sure TSR-Daniel can help you

http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=446035

Greetings,

As Wingrider mentioned, the mount has unlimited uses so the 24 hour limit wont have an effect. Also, you should be getting the experience bonus for a full 90 days according to the information I have. If you're not receiving that reward then please send in a petition to the GMs so that we can verify the problem and correct it. Let us know if you have any further questions.
