Error 500 upon login to Recruit-A-Friend

<p>Off the main everquest2.com website I click the Recruit-A-Friend link.</p><p>That takes me to the benefits I can get from recruiting a friend, so I click Start Now.</p><p>This takes me to the game selection screen, where the only option is EQ2 so I pick that.</p><p>Which leads to the Station account login screen, which results in :</p><h3>500 ERROR</h3><p>We've encountered an error, or this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you continue to receive this error, use the Help menu at <a href="http://www.station.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.station.com</a> for more info.</p><p>This only happens on my account, I can log-in fully on my wifes account.</p><p>If this is a recurring problem and my search wasn't thorough enough I apologize!</p>

<p>what browser are you using? If not IE, try it with a fully patched Internet Explorer</p>

<p>I have tried both a fully updated IE as well as fully updated Firefox.</p>

<p>First, make sure that your e-mail is verified.  That could be causing the error that you're seeing.</p><p>If the problem still persists then I would recommend contacting our support line or PMing me with the station name.  In some cases we need to get this problem corrected through the platform support team.  It's a quick fix if that's the case, though.</p>
