I currently have:

Two 9800 gtx's (SLI)

Vista 64bit

8gigs of ram running at 1066

Intel Quad @ 2.83Ghz

Driver version 182.08 whql

860w PSU with 68amp 12v rail

Heres the problem, any time i play EQ2 after 3-4min the game starts to artifact really badly (i play in windowed mode). I tried the suggestions posted in this thread http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=444891 about chaning the properities of the exe file. Those didnt seem to help.

Please note this artifacting only occurs in EQ2 (no other games) and my system temps (while under load) never peak over 50deg C. If i tab out to another window there is no artifacting. Therefore i belive this problem is only related to EQ2 itself. I've always played with SLI enabled without any problems untill just recently (around when brewday was unlocked) when the problems started.

If i disable SLI the game runs fine without any problems. So for the time being i have to keep doing that (highly annoying though).

If anyone has any solutions or suggestions i would greatly appriciate it.

Greetings,

I have been hearing reports that the driver version you're using is causing problems for some people. You might want to try a previous driver version, preferably the version released in October of last year. Make sure to completely remove the current drivers before reinstalling. Let me know whether or not that helps.
