A couple of necro n00b questions

<p>I'll be soloing mostly or questing with my friend, a swashy. So should I go necro or conjy? Is there really anything that the conjys do better? Im not worried about raid stuff b/c we are pretty casual gamers. Id prefer to be evil. What should I look for as far as gear and AA? Just the regular INT STA gear right?</p>

<p>Ok read the necro guide alittle. I'll be using the scout more so I'll go with the STR/AGI line.</p>

<p>go tainted heals, STA then wis   in that order if you plan to solo/duo alot.     </p>

<p>I specced down the mage tree for mage pet.  Scout pet can do pretty good damage but with TSO you find mostly group encounters which is where the mage pet shines.</p>

<p>I like the tank pet for duoing but mage pet for groups - especially with TSO group encounters.  The reason I like the tank for duo is because if the other player dies the tank pet will pick up and hold aggro long enough for the necro to either finish off the mob or FD to break the encounter and then rez the dead partner.</p>
