test server download question

<p>My patcher is installing test files that I don't want/need.  How do I get the patcher to stop downloading these files?</p>

<p>Are you using the standard Everquest 2 launchpad?  If so, there is a button in the upper left hand corner of the download window that says "Test Server".  You wont be able to click it if you're already downloading test server files, but that's what tells the game to download test server files.</p><p>At this point  you should be able to simply close and restart the launchpad.  That should stop the test server download.  Then just avoid the test server button and you shouldn't run into that problem again.</p>
