View Full Version : How can I contact support management?

I am tired of hearing "The systems are down and cannot help you" every time I call for support. If the systems are down that often, it's time for you to hire some new IT people. I want answers that do not begin with "Sorry, I can't help you" when I call support. All I want to hear is "I will get you to the person who can help you the best," and get my issue resolved.

That being said, how can I contact EQ2 support management?

Thank you.

There is a telephone number, but don;t know it off the top of my head, you can find it in the knowledge base. It is NOT toll free

Thing you might want to verify is that you are attemtping to contact them dueing their business hours which are 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. You need to convert those times to your time zone. If you are Central time zone US it would be 12:00PM, eatern time zone US 1:00 PM, UTC 17:00 (if I recall UTC is +7 from Pacific). I believe that isthe message that you will recieve if you try to contact them outside their normal business hours. Another thing to try is to use a fully patched version of Internet Explorer 7

Thank you, but I work 2 minutes away from your offices in San Diego. No time conversion necessary. I've done all you have suggested and they black ball me from speaking to any management whatsoever and offer no help at all. I have seen that Daniel has helped people on these boards with the EXACT same problem I'm having so I know it's possible to get support for this, I'm just not sure why I'm not getting it like everyone else.

I believe we did have a problem with one of our tools yesterdays but it only lasted for about 15 minutes. It actually happened while I was out on break and was fixed by the time I got back. You should be able to get an answer for your question by contacting any of our support lines at this point. You could also PM me with a station name or a reference number and I'll see what I can do.
