Unfortunately, when I came back home today I found the message "Invalid username or password" after choosing the charater.

I tried many times. Once it happened to Log In but I couldnt trade with anyone including NPC merchants. Neither can I loot the chests drop by mobs.

Are these 2 issues come to 1 problem? Need I re-install the game?

FYI. I deleted all the cached files but it didn't work to the issue

I received your PM about the invalid login issue and I will be investigating that, but I don't think the 'Too busy' message is related.

That error should not be happening unless a UI file has been pushed offscreen somehow. You may want to delete the following files and folders:

cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.ini

I know you already deleted the cache folder, but the other files are the primary focus here. We're just getting rid of the cache too to force a complete file scan.

I received your PM reply and confirmed that it was a account bug to me. I guess you and your platform tech team have fixed it for me that I could play 2days well.

But today, the problem happens to me again and I almost got mad.

Hope I won't enconter this issue frequently though it has happened to me twice.

I've sent another PM reply to u and been looking forward you and your team can absolutely work out the issue for me.

Greetings,

Sorry for the delay. It can take a little while to get that fix applied since I need to correspond with other departments. I actually just received an update today telling me that the problem has been corrected. Please try logging in again and let me know if the problem persists.
