On my one character, celestina, for the past 2-3 weeks, I cannot display my quest window once I look at my journal. In the past and on all other characters, I can "j" on my keyboard and the journal comes up listing all my quests, collections, completed quests. I can then select the individual quest and it will show up on my "quest" window in the upper right corner of my screen that details each part of the quest. I can then close my journal and the quest window remains. With celestina, I cannot do this. I can open the journal using "j", select the quest I wish to work on, but the quest window in the upper right hand corner of my display does not appear. I must close the journal window, then hit "alt j" for the quest window to appear. If I need to look at the journal for a quest that has similar steps, I, once again, after hitting "j". lose the quest window and have to hit "alt j" all over again, every time I wish to go back and forth between quests. If I zone or change characters, the quest window for celestina disappears and I need to redo the journal "j", select the quest I want, then close "j". Then I need to hit "alt j" in order to bring up the quest window in the upper right hand corner. Is there a solution to this problem? Please remember, this only happens to celestina, not to the other characters. I have also tried submitting this to the help area, but it gives me a message that is very geekie to me and wouldn't take what I typed out, so I'm trying here. I hope this is ok.thank you in advance if anyone can help mecelestina, toltec healer blowing up chem labs

It sounds like one of the UI/settings files for that character has been corrupted somehow.

You may want to delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.ini

For the character specific files listed above you can just delete the ones related to the problem character. Also, you might want to try simply moving those files to a different directory instead of deleting them. That way you can move them back if this doesn't work and not lose any settings.
