Minor Blessing and Upgrades proposed changes.

<p>Hello all,</p><p>Since all classes are now handing out DPS buffs like candy I feel that to bring the Inquisitor back up to the status of "melee class buffer" that the DPS modifier gained from Minor Blessing should be converted point for point into Weapon Damage Bonus.</p><p>So at 80 with an Ad3 Tenacity instead of 32 DPS, you would receive 32 Weapon Damage Bonus. For those who do not know; Weapon Damage Bonus (WDB) is a percentage increase to autoattack damage. So a weapon that hits for 1000 normally would hit for 1320 with a 32 WDB modifier applied.</p><p>Anyways that is all, just an idea.</p>

<p>weapon damage bonus is then acting as dps modifier was originally?  wow talk about full circle.</p><p>Rather than replace the dps mod - perhaps a minor weapon damage bonus in addition to the dps mod - rather than a straight out replacement.  Something like +30 dps, 5-10% weapon damage bonus.</p>

DPS is almost ALWAYS capped even in just normal groups nevermind a raid.</p>
