<p>While I think it's a great idea, I'm yet again disappointed that I'm ineligible to take part in these types of things. Why? Because I'm not a U.S. Resident.</p><p>Now I understand that this is probably for legal reasons - but come on, SOE, throw us non-US residents a bone here! Even a Gnoll Bone!</p><p>To mark such a wonderful anniversary, it would be nice for us non-US residents to be able to participate in *something*.</p><p>Even a fluff in-game item (similar to the vodka and cake given for the Russia 1 year anniversary) for all non-US Residents (check your billing database) would go some way to make us fell as 'part of the Everquest family' and not the unwelcome visitors, kept on the porch, while the party goes on inside the house....</p><p>*Something* would be appreciated... and let us know we're appreciated in turn.</p><p>-Thoronve-</p><p>EDIT: spelling</p>

I'm confused on it.  Can we get a sample of what you are looking for with the RP people posing in " heroic content using real pixs and/or eq2 screenshots without using copyrighted materials " and whatever all that legal bs is  ...</p><p>I'm guessing you want us to take stills of ourselves and photoshop it into a EQ2 screenshot?  Are you expecting dressed up clothing or what?  'Tis only limited to those crazy people that have full outfits of fairies, gnomes and owners of full plate people or can regular (sane) people pose in jeans and t's?    </p><p>Or, are we only using Our In-game Characters and allowed to manipulate the pix to make it look 'heroic' using Real life pixs and extras .. ..  .. </p><p>See .. I have a physical address of 'course but I NEVER use it.   It confuses the postmaster</em>)</p></blockquote><p>My guess is that they mean they want Either a RL Pic in full RP garb(like Brasse has), maybe even a pic like the ones they used of Calthine for that LoN Card would work, OR an ingame Screenshot of your charactor being heroic, OR a Monipulations of the same, OR combining the two, OR just doing brand new original art based on your toon. In other words I think they are try to keep it as wide open as possable while still requiring it to be Original Work by the sumiter.</p>

<p>I'd like to know what ever happened to that painting also, seen a screen shot of it when it was on the test server.</p><p>Could we get an official word on the contest and this in game anniversary painting? Where are these things? The winners were suposed to be announced around the end of April....</p><p>Think I recall reading the painting was gunna come during this summer, but don't quote me on that one.</p><p>Sony?</p>
