Is there any chance these items could be made heritage?

I got one of the hats for my kerran, but now his ears and even the top of his head are sticking through the hat! It didn't look like that in the dressing room. I would still like to use it on one of my alts though.

I love it! Just got one tonight. . I may get another for one of my other toons too. . maybe my Warlock. . .but I do wish the hair showed and wasn't tucked up inside. That is my only complaint. . . .can't there be an option. . *SHOW HAIR*??

But I took it into PSP and gave her beautiful curls. .. .so I'm happy.

Yeah, these pictures are deceiving. Show them on an actual player character so people can see that they're going to be bald once they put the hat on.

I saw this and thought it was rather nifty - until I tried it on and saw the Yul Brynner in Westworld effect. Eh, no. If it showed hair I would have bought it in an instant. It's also not nearly that large on a PC's head; it actually looks oddly small for the type of hat it is, and sits too high, as if it didn't fit.

SoE's art department REALLY needs to fix the way they do hats...a hat is NOT a replacement for hair. I'm no techie, and haven't a clue how hard it is to show a character's hair underneath it, but the current way of doing it kills immersion.

I would say it is very difficult to show hair under hats.

The Druid "hats" really are not hats but partical effects, much like the hats we got from the last couple of live events.

I do wish however that they either add hair to the hats(even if it has to change your hair color) or set up some kind of Default hair style that hats switch you to, and have that default style us your regular hair color.

Why do you think there are multiple settings that people can change to reduce or even eleminate them. The reason that the Druid hats work is in part because they are so small it is hard to see until fairly close as such they don't have to render until fairly close, that is not the case with larger hats. Also if partical effects are turned of completly then there is no hat at all... so what is the point of waring a hat if someone can't see it.

BTW, you missed the whole section of my post that AGREES with you that they should do SOMETHING to allow us some type of hair with hats like these, without killing Frame Rates, while still accually showing the hat, I even gave a couple of sugjestions on how to do it.
