Everquest2.exe issue

<p>Every time i run patcher this file is downloaded.When i go into the Everquest 2 Directory its being displayed as a command window rather than the actual EQ2 icon like the EQ2.exe.</p><p>Patcher also picks up lp_plugin on initial run.</p><p>I have replaced these files a number of times but they only seem to be stored temporarily before being installed again once i run patcher.</p><p>Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.As it is now i cannot run this file to get directly into game and bypass the patcher.</p><p>Regards</p>

<p>It sounds like the launchpad is trying to update your Everquest 2.exe file but it's getting blocked by some form of internet security.  Do you have an antivirus or possibly Vista on that computer?  Let me know.</p>
