<p>yep, am getting the same message.  I contacted tech support and they said they knew of the problem and that it was being worked on as we speak.  ETA is not available, but not expected to take long. </p>

<p>It looks like there was a problem with the Recruit a Friend website.  The site was updated yesterday, though, and the issue should be resolved at this point.  Please try again and let us know if you experience the same error.</p>
