Game lunch issue

<p>I was recenlty dealing with the download cancel issue involving Vista, which i corrected. Now the luncher runs smoothly</p><p>and i can press play but when i do, it says processing login and everyhing cloes like usual. The problem is the game</p><p>never appears on screen. But when i  check programs running in the backgound using the task manger i  can see th</p><p>Everquest is running. So why is the game not coming up on the screen?</p>

<p>Usually this issue is caused by one of 2 things.  Either an antivirus is blocking the game or there is some other background application is interfering with the game.</p><p>Are you running Xfire on that computer?  Some people have reported an incompatibility issue with Xfire at the moment that is causing the game to crash.  If you're using that program then I would advise disabling it while playing the game.</p>
