<p>Thanks for putting some ranged bonuses on the survival accord charms from the soko-what and a higher purpose quest line.  Didn't see it in the notes anywhere but was a pleasant suprise to look at the charm and see 2 rc on it in addition to the 2 mc.</p>

There are a couple more out there like drops from Palace (group zone) that have zero ranged crit items. None for rangers.</p>

<p>Wow I didn't even notice this until just now. Great, thats 1 for rangers, over 100,000 for other  scout classes. Just balance the shard gear and some melee weapons and I might call itemization for scouts balanced.</p>

Why is there no increase in RDA from t1 > t2 but there is for MDA</p>

<p>it looks like for the T3 shard gear we do get the rda increase on those pieces, but there is another mda increase also so we still remain behind.</p>
